Joseph graduated from Columbus State University with a B.A. in Political Science. He also received a M.P.A. in Public Administration and is finishing his B.B.A. in Finance. After working in operations for several years and for several different companies, Joseph settled into a niche role of financial operations. He was excited to join the KDHRC team and put his experience to use supporting the company’s internal operations.
His favorite parts of his job are using technology to streamline internal work-flow, process improvement, helping organize and support financial operations, and collaborating with senior leadership on morale/team-building activities.
When not working, Joseph can be found with his husband, Shane, in the great outdoors, hiking, camping, or walking their Newfoundland/Poodle mix, Gander.
