KDHRC researchers present at the Society for Public Health Education’s annual meeting

KDHRC research associates, Nicole I. Wanty and Rosa M. Steen, presented at the 66th annual meeting of the Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) in Portland, Oregon on April 24, 2015. Ms. Wanty’s presentation discussed knowledge change among youth exposed to POP-D, a science education based prescription drug prevention program for youth. Ms. Steen’s presentation discussed training promotores de salud to prevent early-childhood tooth decay in low-income Latino children.
