KDHRC staffers named to Board of Directors for state hearing loss organization.
KDHRC proudly recognizes two staffers for their election to the Board of Directors for AG Bell’s Georgia chapter. Nicole Wanty, Senior Research Associate, will serve as Director of Programming and Laura Gover, Communications and Research Specialist, will serve as Director of Marketing and Communications. AG Bell is the premier hearing loss organization with a mission to work globally to ensure that people who are deaf and hard of hearing can hear and talk. There are currently 41 active and 13 emerging AG Bell chapters in the United States and Puerto Rico working to provide services to their communities. Nicole and Laura will serve two years in their positions.
Nicole also serves as Program Manager and Principal Investigator on several of KDHRC’s cochlear implant programs.
